Troubleshooting
Common license denial reasons and how to resolve them.
Common Denial Reasons
License Expired
Your license has passed its validity end date. Check the expiry date on your dashboard and contact the seller for renewal options.
Activation Limit Reached
You've activated the maximum number of devices allowed. Deactivate an unused device from your dashboard and try again.
Invalid Hardware ID
The device you're trying to activate doesn't match the hardware fingerprint on file. Make sure you're using the same device or contact support to reset your activations.
Domain Not Allowed
For web applications, the domain you're accessing from isn't in the license's allowed domain list. Verify you're on the correct domain, or ask the seller to add it.
IP / CIDR Blocked
Your IP address is blocked by an access control rule. Check with the seller whether this is intentional. If you're using a VPN, try disabling it.
License Revoked
The seller has revoked your license. Contact them directly for an explanation and resolution.
Offline Mode
If you're in an environment without internet access, ensure the product supports offline validation. The application should have cached your activation token — if not, you'll need to connect briefly to refresh it.
Still Having Issues?
Contact the product seller directly. They have access to detailed check logs that can help diagnose the problem. Include your license key (but never share it publicly) and a description of what you're trying to do.
