Managing Your Licenses
View license status, renew expiring licenses, and manage activations.
Viewing License Status
Each license in your dashboard shows its current status:
- Active — the license is valid and within its validity period
- Expired — the license has passed its expiry date
- Revoked — the license has been revoked by the seller
- Suspended — temporarily disabled, usually for review
Click on any license to see detailed information including feature flags, activation history, and access rules applied to it.
Renewing a License
If your license is expiring soon, you'll see a renewal notice on your dashboard. Renewal is handled through the seller — contact them directly or use the renewal link if one is provided. Some licenses support auto-renewal based on the seller's configuration.
Deactivating a Device
You can free up an activation slot by deactivating a device. Visit the license detail page, find the activation you want to remove, and click "Deactivate." The device will no longer be authorized, and the slot becomes available for a new activation.
Notifications
We'll send email notifications for upcoming expirations (7 days and 1 day before). You can manage your notification preferences from your account settings.
