Security & Devices

Protect your account with TOTP, manage active sessions, and control your licenses from the dashboard.

Your account security and license self-service controls live under Account → Security and Account → Devices.

Two-factor authentication (TOTP)

You can add an authenticator app as a second factor. Once enabled, you will be asked for a time-based one-time password (TOTP) after entering your password at login.

Setting up 2FA

  1. Go to Account → Security.
  2. Click Enable 2FA.
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password, etc.).
  4. Enter the 6-digit code from the app to confirm.
  5. Save the recovery codes shown on the confirmation screen. These let you regain access if you lose your device.

Logging in with 2FA

After entering your username and password, the platform asks for the current 6-digit code from your authenticator app. Recovery codes can be used in place of the TOTP code if your device is unavailable.

Disabling 2FA

From Account → Security, click Disable 2FA and confirm. You will need to complete a fresh TOTP challenge before the change takes effect.

Managing devices and sessions

The platform creates a device session when you log in. Go to Account → Devices to see every active session, including the browser, operating system, and last active time.

From this page you can:

  • Log out a single device — end that session while keeping the rest active.
  • Log out all other devices — end every session except the one you are currently using.
  • Log out everywhere — end all sessions and force a fresh login next time.

If you notice an unfamiliar device, log it out immediately and consider changing your password.

Self-service license actions

When you own a license, you can perform several actions from the license detail page without contacting the seller:

ActionWhat it does
Deactivate a deviceFree up an activation slot by removing a bound device or domain.
Reset activationClear all current activations for the license so you can re-activate on new hardware.
Regenerate keyReplace the license key with a new one. The old key stops working immediately.
Revoke licensePermanently stop the license. This cannot be undone.

Not every action is available for every license — the seller can disable self-service regeneration, for example. If an option is missing, contact the seller for help.

Best practices

  • Enable TOTP on your account.
  • Review active devices regularly and remove anything you do not recognize.
  • Regenerate a license key if you suspect it has been shared or leaked.
  • Keep recovery codes somewhere safe and offline.
